The Jetty to Jetty Fun Run/walk will be held on Sunday 19 July 2009. This very scenic course follows the waterfront, starting and finishing in front of the Belvedere Hotel, next to the Woody Point Jetty. (UBD 91 N19). The event attracts well over 2,000 people to the Redcliffe seaside suburb of Woody Point, (just half an hour north of Brisbane) each year.

For the first time in its 23 year history, the Jetty to Jetty run will now incorporate the Genesis Half Marathon (21 km).

The JT Press 10 km, this year doubles as the Queensland Road Racing Championships, so there will be elite runners in both the male and female categories of this event. Come and test yourself against the best in Queensland.

The Redcliffe Leagues Club 5 km and the Moreton Bay Road Runners 3 km events start shortly after the previous two events.

All runs follow the waterfront north and are there and back courses. Distances will be chip timed, with the 21 km course turning at Scarborough boat harbour, the 10 km at the Redcliffe Jetty, the 5 and 3 km turning 2.5 and 1.5 km respectively from the starting point.

There will be pace runners in the 21 and 10 km events to help you reach your goal.
