1 Cup frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish

1/2 Cup Frozen Mango

1/2 Cup pineapple

1 Cup coconut milk


  • 1.Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • 2.Pour into 2 glasses and add ice if needed to make cold to taste.

Blueberry, Banana & Green Tea Smoothie

Packed with Potassium, Vitamin B3 and Antioxidants, this super simple smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse and oh so yummy too.

Serves: 1


1/2 cup water

1 green tea bag

2 tbsp honey

1 ½ cup frozen blueberries

½ banana

1 ½ cup soy milk


  • 1.Boil water in kettle, then measure approximately ½ cup of boiling water and place in bowl. Add green tea bag and allow to brew for 3 minutes. Remove tea bag and stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
  • 2.Combine berries, banana and milk in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 3.Add green tea in blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy!

It's Easy Bein' Green Smoothie

Want the health kick but still have a sweet tooth? This smoothie combines the delicious sweetness of frozen mango and the goodness of baby spinach- which is full of vitamin B1, zinc and protein.

Serves: 2


1 ½ cup baby spinach

1 cup frozen mango

1 banana

Juice of 1 lemon


  • 1.Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
